Where do you provide services?
Services are available in South West London only. Please share your postcode so travel and availability can be confirmed for your particular residence.
How is my quotation decided?
Home Care quotations reflect your property, its condition, priorities and frequency. Lifestyle Support is quoted separately for the research, sourcing and coordination agreed in your brief. Purchases, tickets, travel and supplier charges are additional and approved before spending. Extra requests or revisions are quoted before work continues.
Can I combine different services?
Yes, where the scope and availability allow. Mention everything you would like help with in one enquiry. Cleaning, Lifestyle Support, Residence Care and Signature Extras are scoped clearly, with overlapping tasks taken into account.
What does routine Home Care include?
Agreed kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living-area surfaces, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Beds, client-supplied linen changes, light washing up, dishwasher care, bins and accessible interior glass can be agreed within scope. Appliance interiors, extensive organisation and heavy buildup require separate agreement. Specialist carpet cleaning is not provided.
What is a Residence Check?
A scheduled visual visit to observe whether your residence appears secure and in good order, followed by a factual update. Residence Care adds agreed practical tasks such as receiving a delivery or providing authorised contractor access. Cleaning is arranged separately. These visits are not technical inspections, security services or emergency response.
How does travel planning work?
I research accommodation, destinations and experiences and prepare a personalised itinerary to your agreed brief. You book and pay travel providers directly. Planning fees are separate from your trip costs; availability, upgrades and exclusive access are not guaranteed.
Can I request a same-day appointment?
You can enquire by email, including your preferred time and postcode. A same-day request is subject to availability and is only booked once expressly confirmed. Please do not rely on an assessment enquiry for urgent or emergency attendance.
